Excellent communication, great location and fantastic facilities. Bathrooms were a bit run down but couldn't fault room otherwise. Very enjoyable stay.

The good:
The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable. Pool was good (Outdoor unheated, indoor heated). Location is very central
The Bad:
- Completely letdown by the Bathroom which was in a shocking state of repair - Door handle was loose and almost falling off, paint peeling off the walls, vanity in a shocking state with cracks in the bowl, bath was not in good state of repair. All in all needs a very good renovation I was blown away that this was not done (Wouldnt cost a lot) certainly not up to renting out standard by any means
- Apartment is extremely noisy and not sound proof by any means. Especially Fri/Sat/Sun with boy racers and sirens. Other times is still noisy with traffic
Great location, room ok although needed to wipe over benches and side tables. Bedrooms hear all road noise so expect to be woken up.

Our stay at Chevron Renaissance was excellent. We took advantage of the car space which was excellent and very easy to access. The bed was not the most comfortable and I ended up sleeping on the couch for some of my nights.
Apart from that one thing we were very happy with our stay and waking up to such an amazing view every day!

Great location - close to Cavill Ave, beach, dining, shops, tram etc.
Central location and good amenities, however very noisy at night due to clubs, furnishings are dated, curtains coming off railings and a sleeping bag for a blanket in the main bedroom. Pillows were very thin, had to fold over for comfort. Room smelt, tried airing it out… not what you would expect for money paid.
Overall the experience was good, except the condition of the furniture and the dishes weren’t clean. We’re required to wash and dry the dishes that we use during our stay there but the dishes already provided to us wasnt clean so we had to wash them before even using.
Beautiful property, it was close to everything, and the view from the property was breath taking.

Great views, good size apartment and balcony. Pool area was a real highlight. The apartment needs a thorough deep clean, the standard was unacceptable. Many cockroaches throughout.
