Excellent location, close to everything from supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. The room was spacious and facilities amazing. The room itself could use a little TLC with some of the furniture and fixtures being a bit worn and grubby looking. Overall it was fine. The location and amenities made up for the wonderful stay.

Beautiful view and set up of property. Mould in all air con vents which also never worked properly as the sun hits the apartment in the morning and could not assist. Also had no burners working on oven which needed maintenance and smoke alarms had not been checked or replaced since 2019 and chirped all day and night. Had to call twice for them to be looked at. Very disappointing stay to be honest had so much potential. Was not offered any sort of compensation or partial refund or anything from Holiday Holiday.

Only issue with accommodation was how slow the lifts were and amount of people queuing. That definitely won’t stop us from coming back amazing view and walking distance to everything.

Getting keys and returning to a different location tricky as we did not know the area. Information about hotel facilities and nearby shops etc would have been helpful.

Great apartment, new and kept very clean. Loved the view and the option of pools. Would come back and stay again.

Location was great, facilities excellent. We have problems with how long you needed to wait for the lifts and we kept getting locked in the bathroom as the door handle was faulty.

Really little kichenette items provided, barely any dishes, room smelt like a weird odour unsure if it was a cleaning liquid or previous renters, only 1 toilet roll given for a 7 night stay? Barely any cups and pans, bathroom blind could not be shut fully, as well as the balcony door not being able to be locked. Amaizing view tho.

Shocking customer service aircon not allowed as it drips room not cleaned properly even though charged $280 fee to clean then told to clean everything yourself the lifts DO NOT WORK and no one cares don’t use this property if you wish to enjoy your stay the only positive is the view

I was quiet happy when we first arrived, we got early check in and the view was stunning but it wasnt until we went to go to bed that we realised one of the blinds in the room would not go down so we had the city lights shinning in the whole night and the sunrise that woke us up early. The blind looking into the bathroom was also broken. We had multiple issues with the aircon but we weren't going to contact holiday holiday as i felt we shouldn't have to pay $150 for a call out fee to fix something that was already broken.
