Check in staff and all other staff were great. Nice quiet room with ocean view down the street was great. Room servicing missed a couple of days.

Your reception staff needs good guest service lectures. I did not expect this level of guest service from Accor. During our stay we came across few unhelpful reception staff with a surprising attitude. Did not provide good guest service to anyone as I noticed them during our stay whenever we pass by reception. The reception team is unhelpful and seems indifferent to assisting guests. Only one Asian receptionist was attentive and provided excellent service; the rest appeared casual and disinterested in supporting guests.

Close to public transport, friendly helpful staff, parking good; there is a elevator ;), buffet breakfast ok, Hotel welcomes everyone, spa warm but looked a little dirty, "Happy Hour " cocktails YUM :) and prices reasonable. Room ok, found a small amount of blood on one of top bed sheets (just decide to share bed :) didn't complain as it was a short stay), cant watch tv without lights on near bed, shower excellent water pressure, 24/7 reception, not to noisy at night a few streets away from heart of surfers.* Wanted late check-out last minute and were able to assist and for a reasonable price $$*

A perfectly fine hotel for a family stay in Surfers Paradise. Comfortable serviced rooms close to Cavill Avenue and the beach. Good gym, sauna and steam room alongside a good pool. We didn’t try the buffet breakfast and there is no evening restaurant. Plenty of dining options nearby. Serving Chinese, Thai, Italian, kebabs and steakhouses.

The whole stay was lovely,my boys loved it.the pool was really nice but the hot tub was not clean tho,full of dead skin and hair that was floating on the top.thats the only thing I can say about the hotel,the rest was great..we would stay again,the amenities were good and next door to woolies,also a really fantastic restaurant which is on Hamilton Ave it’s a Thai restaurant the food was very good,the locals even ate there and it was cheaper than than going shopping for food.we got dinner for about 25 quid.we couldn’t eat all so took it out to reheat.
