Adequate, needs technology update.
Nice building. With self parking i think, i KNOW , a lot more could be explained prior to arrival with a quick mark reference and knowledge your can park at reception to check in. There is no technology in the room i was in, not 1 usb point in the room and the Foxtel was over 10 years old and you had to fully reboot the box at least twice a day. Overall very nice, very central.

The view WOW. Everything was so well appointed and really conveniently located so close to the beach and so close to the shops and restaurants. I didn't want to leave. I'll definitely be back.

Room was expensive but very basic. Location was facing main hwy with emergency sirens going along the street what felt like hourly. Concerning issue was the fire alarms going off in the hallways late one night but as I was asleep could not be heard. Daughter who was up eventually woke us up and there was actual smoke in our hallway. We evacuated and waited downstairs with not one fire warden in sight to assist or tell us what happened. Fireman came down said it was ok to go up and that was it no communication from the hotel about the incident.

Great facilities
Great location, excellent lifts that go everywhere once you work it out! Main bed was very lumpy, the topper didnt fit. There was no duvet, only sheets and polyester mink feel blankets which was too sweaty but too cold not to use. Parking was great, easy to park. A bit noisy from the street, even on the 32nd floor. Would stay again as great facilities and location. And a beautiful view from balcony.

Our family stay at the Mantra Towers was simply blissful and just what we hoped for. The apartment was very comfortable, amazing views with so much space and everything required for our stay. The complex was amazing, beautiful outdoor pool area and also a well equipped gym, indoor pool and spa area. Plus we made good use of the BBQ area for a fun family evening. Also great location and easy walk to beach, shops and local dining area. We hope to return soon!

Great location. Walkable distance to surfer paradise and close to tram station and the gathering spots of some guided tours. Many dining options close by and supermarket right at the ground floor of the building. The only downside is the building itself is not very soundproof. We could hear clearly what was happening on the street even though we were at the considerably higher level of the building. Overall, it's still a pretty good stay!

Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment that offers you everything that you need for relaxing stay during your holiday. Very friendly staff, amazing location close to the city centre and public transport Cole’s and pharmacy in the same building, so to buy your groceries you literally go down with the lift and you are inside the shopping centre. Strongly recommend!

We tend to stay at this property for convenience. We can park the car easily in the carpark and walk to most places. As the property is located over Woolworths and Coles it is easy to purchase anything you need if you wish to eat in, there are also may places to eat out in walking distance which is also extremely convenient. Staff have always been extremely helpful, check in easy.

The property location is very good, but the rooms are looking old and outdated. We have been going to stay at the Mantra Tower for the last 12 years and have noticed a decline in the rooms appearance and maintenance and also what the rooms offer as far as facilities are con cerned

The room was quite old with most furnishings and areas very worn. External lock on door was broken and sliding doors didn’t close properly. Holes in walls semi patched. We asked for an extra bed which was terrible and kitchen utensils did not cover for all guests. Dishwasher and microwave were faulty. The building bin chute was blocked and the lobby and lifts smelled very bad the entire 4 days we were there despite reporting it to the front desk.
