Slightly isolated resort style hotel
This is a nice 4 star hotel. The rooms are large and well lit and comfortable. If i want to be picky, the bed is a little soft with the topper being very spongy. The mattress should be a little firmer if you're going to use a topper like that. Saying that, i slept like a log but i was very sleep deprived. There's a big pool that looked very inviting and the breakfast had plenty of hot and cold choices and was good value. Only other criticism is having a shower in the bath but that's not an easy fix, and the fact that it's kinda in the middle of nowhere. If you're bringing your car that's not an issue, if you're relying on ubers, it gets expensive at around $20 to Robina station. The wifi is OK, it's got a decent tv, has a desk and chair for work if you need it and there's tea and coffee making facilities but no toaster or microwave. There is a cafe/bar by the lobby though. It was clean and is stay here again without thinking about it. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

What a beautiful property. We only stayed a night while attending an event at the stadium nearby but would totally come back for a weekend as the pools looked so inviting and the area is lovely and tranquil with the golf course on your doorstep.

I think for $435 per night this was really an overall very disappointing stay. The rooms are outdated, glasses were not clean, and there was nothing special about the resort at all. The staff at reception was really friendly though.

Close to Turf Club for Formal. Undercover parking has 2m height, lots of street parking as alternative but resort gated, short paved walk back to car depending on unit. Adjoining rooms means two units with an outer lockable shared door so you can leave unit doors open if you wish. Rooms are nice size , clean and comfy beds. Lovely pool although we didnt get to swim due to the stormy weather. Would stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at Mercure, the room was cozy and spotless, with friendly staff made us feel right at home. The pool was refreshing and provided hours of fun for our little one. The only downside was that the breakfast buffet didn't have cheese.

Staff were really great, I cannot say enough about them. The property itself is in need of some work however. The rooms are very dated and I had lots of little bugs flying around the room which wasn't great. The pool was nice but again, needs some work to make it cleaner. Location was good and it was peaceful and areas were well maintained. Overall not too bad.
