We had a great room with balcony. Pool was awesome. Restaurant had yummy dinners and the breakfast buffet was so delicious with so many options.

Our stay at Mercure Gold Coast was our first family trip with our daughters. The hotel was clean, and the room was decent. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, one major downside was the lack of a lift. Navigating the stairs with our 6-month-old daughter became exhausting. We requested to be moved to a more accessible room twice, but unfortunately, no one got back to us, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, the pool facilities were enjoyable, and overall, we had a pleasant stay. Just be mindful if you’re traveling with small children or a lot of luggage, as the stairs can be challenging. Overall we had a great experience.

location was perfect for us as it was close enough to everything we wanted to do but far enough away that it was quiet. Parking on site better than other places I've stayed in QLD. Staff were friendly and helpful, didn't have a single bad interaction with any off them.

Great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the coast yet still close enough to everything by vehicle. Buffet breakfast was awesome too

The resort is not near anything, so transport is required either by Uber (which is not always reliable and a bit pricey) or a rental car (which is more reliable and costs on rentals are high). Using the hotel food/ beverage service is ok, but limited and pricey. The laundry worked well. The room was in good nick, but not as flashy as the price.

The standard of the room and location was not good value for money. The ensuite was incredibly outdated and although appeared clean, looked very unclean due to the age of the facility. It was outdated and not functional with the shower over the bath.
