Check in was 3pm. The reception said they were still cleaning the room and will be ready in 15 minutes and they will let us know. 1 hour later no one contacted us before they forgot. Place is lacking essential such as tissues etc.

An amazing stay! I had trouble with my first room and they upgraded me and were so accommodating. It is 5 Star! Sometimes you wonder how something is a 5 Star Hotel, but this definitely looks and feels like it! Shoutout to the best pool on the GC as well!

The receptionists are entitled, never smile or have kindness as the hostess they are supposed to be towards a guest. They look at you as if they were doing you a favor by receiving or helping you about the hotel and if you asking stuff to them is a bother. Annoying all of them. I was truly waiting for this stay and this is not a 5 stars property. Just a wannabe 4.5 stars. Disappointed. There’s not even a water of bottle among amenities!!! Please avoid this location, cause there are WAY BETTER hotels in Surfers Paradise that worth your money.
