Recently stayed for 4 nights on Level 8 eastern side of building. Room was very nice and had a great ocean view. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and houskeeping did a fantastic job servicing my room. Buffet Breakfast was really good with a wide variety of food options to suit everyones tastes and needs. Location was excellent with close proximity to Cavill Mall and Surfers Paradise Beach. Plenty of Dining options in the area all within a short walk from the Hotel. Very handy to public transport options including the Cavill Av Light Rail Station only a 5 minute walk away providing an easy connection to northbound trains to Brisbane. Overall very happy with my stay at Novotel. Would definitely stay again.

Although I didn't get my spa room that i booked and paid for the upgrade to the executive room with ocean view turned out lovely in the end. Not alot of dining options in hotel however perfectly satisfied with what you had to offer. The staff definitely make that hotel. Hotel is quite dated and showing its age. Overall a very pleasant enjoyable stay. Will be back if we get another chance away from the kids.

We had a comfortable room with a lovely view of the ocean (level 29). The hotel is right in the centre of Surfers Paradise so everything is literally on your door stop. With that convenience comes the noise and hussle of being in right in it. Thankfully sound proofing doors means as soon as you close your verandah all of that is locked outside. The buffet breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Parking was a nightmare. The car park is a public car park shared with the Paradise Centre and there is no designated hotel spots. Unfortunately we drove around for a very long time before we finally found a spot and then had a long walk to the hotel elevator. Modern day inconveniences. We had a pleasant single night stay and would have enjoyed a longer stay if we had the time.

One of the concierge guys was so unbelievably nice. When we were checking out and had our suitcases in the lobby he came over to us and asked if we needed the hotel to hold them for us before we left. Usually you have to approach them. We also had a nice interaction with him in the elevator. That was probably the highlight of our stay in the hotel.
