Awful start, great finish.
My arrival was not a great first impression. Late check in was scary and dangerous. No lighting, incomplete directions and a strange man hanging around the building.Once I was in, I felt very safe. The place was undergoing renovations which should have been noted in the website. The unit was reasonably clean but the air-conditioning vents were filthy and the showers seriously mouldy! Attention to detail is lacking by the cleaners. The veiws are breathtaking and the overall comfort and presentation very nice. The location is perfect. Just across the street from the beach. With a 7/11 downstairs. The Winey Cow cafe is amazing. I ate there daily. Overall, pretty good value for money.

Great gold coast location
Fabulous location, one block from beach, three blocks from many restaurants, six blocks from light rail. Friendly staff, secure parking. Full kitchen.

The relaxing views from balcony were very good, also the unit amenities, just what we wanted for the short stay. Unfortunately, somebody, spoilt the use of the spa, when wanted, but staff attended to the problem immediately . Close to beach, plenty of areas to walk and relax. Great for our short stay, whished it could have been longer.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior ocean view apartment. The apartment was fantastic. Clean, tidy and very well appointed. The view was spectacular and the sound of the ocean was beautiful. It’s our new favourite place to stay. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. The indoor pool was great. Subway, 7-11 and a cafe downstairs was so convenient. Short walk to Tedder Ave for more cafes and shops. Excellent location.

My partner & I had wonderful 5 night stay in 2 bed ocean view apartment (a bonus upgrade since no 1 beds available.) It had all the necessities & balcony looking over to Main Beach was great. Reception staff were really helpful with after hours check in & accomodating last minute extra night at reduced rate. Great lunch at The Winey Cow downstairs using meal voucher provided. Would definitely stay here again.

We were all very satisfied with our stay. Every room has an ocean view. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped with 24-hour hot water. There is a coffee shop, 7-11, and Subway downstairs. Walking across the street is the beach.

The GOOD - the apartment was well situated and amazing views along the coast. Also good location being close to the beach and only a few minutes to various dining options in Tedder Ave. The indoor pool and spa were good. The NOT as good - was the apartment was a little weathered and worn but served its purpose. It was surprising on arrival to only have sheets on the bed at this time of the year with no doona covers for the doona or top sheets for above a dirty blanket which were in the cupboard. A mid visit clean was offered/promised via email but did not happen. Take your own diswashing tablets, toilet rolls, bin liners etc as only one of each is supplied. Overall a good stay but a few areas to improve to make excellent.

Spectacular Views and Great Location
Unfortunately they were doing some major work on the front courtyard and the temporary track to reception was uneven, had to watch your step. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay very much. The balcony view was exceptional, staff very friendly and helpful and the room spacious and light filled. Location was great, short walk to Tedder St with multiple restaurants and cafes.

Overall the apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked . Bathroom old in need of update. No tissues or body wash . The bed advertised as king was definitely a Queen size bed . Great , central location. Cafe , subway and seven 11 under building

Very disappointed with the condition of the apartment. All floor surfaces rundown ( including carpets) Walls need proper plastering over of holes and scrapes/scratches. Substantial rust around metal door jambs/showers and even some mould in showers. Crockery depleted, chipped, random items. Demolition across the road all day starting around 6-7am. The resorts own car park was also being torn up and re concreted with no notification in advance. Construction noises all day 5 days a week. Would never stay there again. Really needs a complete refresh. The only positives were the view and the location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit on the 9th floor overlooking the beach was fantastic. There are a whole lot of restaurants and bars just 400 metres away

The Lvl 5 Ocean view room was excellent. Close to Tedder Ave shopping and restaurant precinct and across the road from the beach. A great cafe - Winey Cow and the base of the building with a 7/11 and Subway. The concierge at the hotel was great, very friendly and always working around the place to keep in looking good for the guests. There was some building demo nearby with some noise but beyond the control of the hotel and pretty consistent with the developing area. Would def stay here again.
