Noise until 2-30 am Saturday night next door and again until 12-30 Sunday night and had to call reception and kept putting calling off as I didn’t want to complain. Advised housekeeping and showed them shower flooded every time I used it. Just given more towels -only on 1 day! Great service night tea on Wednesday from cafe staff! My only positive experience. TV cut out of reception-needed it on to cover noise from next door! It was like I had a faulty dodgy room! That’s how I felt. Friends staying on the 17th floor had no issues that I had.

Everything was perfect and we absolutely loved it. Only problem is we did notice mould in the bathroom and we did think it was weird that there was no fitted sheet on the bed. Not sure if it’s normal as we have always had a fitted sheet on the bed when we have stayed elsewhere. Overall it was a perfect weekend and a we really enjoyed the space
