It’s a great place if you are going for a tropical vibe. At times, you cannot tell that this is Gold Coast. Feels like a warm Indonesian Resort. Staff were great, greeting us every time we passed by. A few bits on the lobby roof were peeling, and some very minor scratches on the woodwork but otherwise wonderful. Bargain.

The property is located in a great spot but was a bit put off on our last visit. The shower had less pressure than a camping shower and was really pathetic for the price of the room. We werent able to check in early - not a problem - but the shower facilities by the pool was cramped and hard to use and not really a good amenity to change into formal wear. Went to get a late coffee and breakfast at 10am and made to feel like a real inconvenience as they needed to set up for Melbourne Cup at 11am despite breakfast being til 11am. It was only a coffee and danish but should of one somewhere else. Not sure we will frequent again!! On a plus note the check in staff were super awesome and friendly, couldnt fault them.

Don’t let the photos fool you, there’s one pool in full sun and it’s tiny. Everything costs double what it should and even though the staff are lovely, there are financial policies in place that consistently make you feel like you are being fleeced, like having authorisation taken every two days of more money to cover charges to room. Then when you pay by debit card, the release of the huge amount from your account takes a week.

Awesome property and staff is really friendly and helpful. Beach is the main attraction of the hotel. I would definitely recommend it for family and couples as well for a relaxing vacation.

Location right in the beach was lovely. Not much to do at the resort only swim in the pool Or eat. No spa in the pool. Facilities quite old and not that well maintained. Ice machines broken/missing. Booked for three people in a double room and only had two glasses/cups/etc Plunger coffee supplied but no plunger. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

A fantastic resort in a great location. Huge pool and an amazing buffet breakfast, the 2 things I look for as that's all my 3 children care about! The staff then walking around the pool giving free icy poles to all the kids swimming was a very nice touch! We had a lovely, relaxing and enjoyable stay, we'll be back for sure.

The lobby and pool area is beautiful. The beach is right there! The staff were so accommodating. Nothing was a problem to them, always available. We had a fantastic stay. There is also a riding path to Surfers Paradise and its a 10min walk to Seaworld if thats your thing. Would go back again and again.

Needing a refresh, lights went out each night we were there for about 10-15mins. Dinner took an hour at the restaurant even though it didn’t look that busy. In room breakfast on our last day was the worst I have had in a long time burnt toast with only tomato sauce instead of jam and butter, porridge with literally nothing served with it, not even milk or sugar. Not up to Sheraton standard, quite disappointed.
