Very unclean property when we got there. Floors felt sticky and greasy, all dishes had stains on them, towels were dirty and blankets had a weird smell. We were also expected to clean up after ourselves which is fine- but the text message we got was to make it Spotless otherwise we’ll get charged a cleaning fee and it’ll come out of our bond- which still has not gotten refunded.

My room had an incredible view of the ocean. Very clean. Staff was nice when I got there after a long journey. Suggestions: the check in is a bit confusing as they don't always have someone there, and could be communicated a bit better. Minor detail. We requested a 1 bedroom apartment and the one we got had 2 single beds put together which was very uncomfortable to sleep on and kept coming apart. The bathroom was very dirty and the sheets on the bed were not clean. We complained about the bed situation and was told I would get a call back and I didn’t receive a call. Not a great experience and would not recommend Stayed in room 39

Good roomy unit with sea views and everything we needed for our stay. Only complaint is we arrived Sunday afternoon at 2pm for check in but there was no one on reception and we couldn’t get into the building. Easily fixed with a phone call to after hours number, but would be better if we had been given that information prior to our arrival.

We stayed in a 2BR 2Bath ocean view apt. The apt itself was clean, utensils/pots/pans seemed new (except chopping board which was very gross so we bought our own new ones). Carpet and sofa felt relatively clean. The only downside was the construction works outside which meant the pool was closed most of the time we were there. We waited patiently for 3.30pm for it to reopen hoping to have a play before the sun goes down as its early spring and still relatively cool at times. The pool was really cold, the kids couldn't play in it. One of the owner occupiers also in the pool mentioned the frequent pool closures and temp was also inconvenient. Aside from the pool issue, the front desk was helpful, generous with pool towels and quick to action random kitchen utensil requests (was missing a potato peeler n they sent a new one up). We've been here multiple times and will return, the location is convenient and the sushi train around the corner is awesome too.

Disappointing Stay Our stay was quite underwhelming. The fire alarm didn’t work, and the kitchenware was poor – only one salad server, a pot too small for family meals, and a burnt-out saucepan on arrival. The wobbly dining table made it impossible to eat comfortably. The beds and pillows were awful, leaving us with sore necks and bad sleep, and the “king” bed turned out to be a queen. With only three lounge chairs, one of us had to sit on the floor. The pool was cloudy, full of debris, and closed from 7 am to 3 pm due to painting, leaving our kids with no access during the day. We also found small flies in the bathroom. The only positive was the ocean view and the convenient location in Broadbeach.
