The room was spacious with a large enclosed balcony and very well appointed. Amazing pool area, overlooking the beach. Can get very windy by the pool. Bar service by pool but difficult to get service and QR code not operating. Restaurants very expensive, need more options for food. Close walk to light rail, only one stop to Broadbeach.

Aesthetics are nice but not a very practical hotel. There are three towers and a pool I would consider insufficient in size for the amount of hotel guests. Deck chairs are not enough at all. Service isn’t five star. The QR codes at the pool don’t work and the daily reasoning is due to an influx of orders. You’d think even if that was true that the Langham could afford better technology for the price point customers pay to stay there and that isn’t an issue. Concierge don’t greet on arrival to help with bags on arrival. The rooms are aesthetically nice but again, the space could’ve been much better designed. The indoor pool space was beautiful. And room service food was tasty too. Also nothing the Langham can do about it now, but again a design flaw, the pool loses pretty much all sun from 1.20pm. Then there’s a small window late afternoon where you get a few more mins of sun over part of the pool.

Overall it’s a nice hotel but not worth the price. Facilities are really nice and it’s a beautiful location. The day I went the pool area was very windy but the next day was stunning. It does seem it’s in a wind tunnel and sun is limited. Indoor pool, gym and sauna are really nice. Main complaint is mt room smelt a little like mildew and I expect more from a nice hotel like this

Beautifully appointed. The staff were excellent, professional and friendly. I booked last minute ie. 2 hours before I checked in! and got an upgrade to a one bedroom apartment. It’s becoming a trend now to have to call for amenities (forgot my toothbrush) which I find slightly annoying but can understand it. On request it turned up promptly. Just a one night stay and only used the hotel bar with my friends, comfortable and welcoming service.
