The standard of finishing in the apartment was average, the roller blinds had huge gaps so the bedrooms are so bright from 5am, the floors are uneven going into the bathrooms. The couch was all stained. It’s disappointing for a property of this standard. The actual Star property and facilities are excellent.

Room had a strange dirty kitchen smell from the minute we arrived. Only 2 towels supplied for a 4 person stay. Requested more be brought up but never actually received. Had to pay additional fees because our car was “too big” for the car park offered. We needed up leaving a day early as the smell and lift inconvenience was too much for a young family trying to enjoy a holiday. Would not recommend staying here.

Amazingly convenient complex. Access to 3 different pools. Gym has a great sauna and steam room with pool overlooking Broadbeach. Close walk to restaurants, with options inside the complex also.
