Great cottage, outside of city life. Absolutely adorable dog on property to greet you coming and going. Nice set-up, everything we needed. GPS takes you past the cottage to another farm nearby; be careful if traveling in the dark.

So thankful to Lyndon & family who went the extra mile for us when we needed a place to stay in Goshen while having rv repaired at Affinity! We loved this adorable farm house that had absolutely everything we needed!! And we all loved their blue heeler pup - Sophie!! Would stay here again! Beds so comfy, kitchen so functional (we cooked daily) and having the washer & cryer was an added bonus!!

We were looking for a home to stay in for the week that our RV was in the shop nearby for service. This house for the bill perfectly. The house is separate from the larger owner’s home, which is nearby. It’s beautiful farm country. Very quiet.

Great remote stay /easily accessible to Elkhart
Nice relaxing stay in a farm community with all the amenities close by. Host is on site. We were able to park our fifth wheel for one night without any problems. The house is tastefully decorated and clean equipped with everything you need.

Wonderful host! 10 stars
We just came for a play at the round barn theatre. We had our 2 little dogs. The little House was ABSOLUTELY perfect. And the surroundings beautiful. The owner and his family are just the kindest, nicest people. Unfortunatly we were in a bad car accident while visiting. We were a long way from home and the owner went out of his way to care for us in a very scarey situation. Our vehicle was inoperable after accident. The owner & his lovely children took care of us, drove us to get our things from our totaled car. He made sure we had provisions, a way home. Etc. We cannot express in words how kind these good people were. They helped us in our time of need. The accomodations were outstanding too. Words cannot express our thanks. Bless You.

Why okay?
The house was perfect for our stay and having a full kitchen along with a washer and dryer was great. At the time of our stay the central air was not working, though there was a window unit in the living room (but not cool enough for us in the bedroom). It isn't really in a "remote" area. It is in the country, but on a busy county road with a dairy farm across the street. The main house with a large family is within 3 ft of the house’s front porch and the children enjoy riding their dirt bikes between the houses and all over the property. It's awesome to see children playing outdoors, but not so much when they zoom by while you are sitting on the front porch with your pets. Our phone carrier is T-mobile and there was very little coverage. Obviously, not the owners fault, but wanted to mention for others considering this area.

Relaxing weekend getaway
We came to town for our friends baby’s first birthday and the house was exactly what we needed for a fun relaxing getaway! Not having Wi-Fi was actually very refreshing everyone was able to spend time off their phones catching up and the property is so pretty and well kept. You feel excluded out in the country but are also close enough to neighboring towns if you were to need anything, definitely the perfect place if you need a quiet weekend away with friends or family! The host was also very nice and helpful with everything we needed!
