Great property with small but well equipped rooms. Polite staff and service. Breakfast has good options, and lots of dining options at walking distance. Stayed with family for 2 nights, and would certainly recommend.

フロアにやわらかい枕を置いてある、欲しい方自由で取れるけど、先着順ですよ、数多くない、後の方もうない、つまり大半の客はルーム室の枕が硬くて取ってた。備用の枕も少し用意して、なくなった時、補充して良いと思います。

トータルでは快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 施設の使用状況（大浴場やランドリーなど）を部屋で確認できるのは便利でした。 朝食は好みの問題だと思いますが、ちょっと物足りない感じがしました。但しお味は美味しく、スタッフの方々のご対応がとても良かったです。

仕事で御殿場に伺ったのですが、ホテルには不満は無く綺麗でしたしセキュリティもしっかりしてましたが、外食する場所が少なく食事処までちょっと遠い感じでした。地方は仕方ないかと思いますが、強いて言えばの不満でした。
