Manque de sérieux
J’ai pas pu profité de ma réservation car le bien été déjà réservé pour les dates que j’ai mis malgré que ma réservation a été accepté et que j’ai été facturé, j’ai été avertie la veille à 18h par le propriétaire que le bien été déjà pris et que il avait reçu aucune réservation de ma parts ! , le service abritel a été catastrophique j’attends toujours un remboursement et ils ont trouver aucune solution et je sais même pas si j’aurais un dédommagement pour la gêne occasionné c’est clairement du grand m’importe quoi et un manque de sérieux et professionnel. C’était la dernière fois avec abritel je préfère payer plus chère sur airbnb ou booking et avoir un service carré
