Escape to the lake with your family and enjoy this brand new lakefront harborview condo, situated on Possum Kingdom. Unit is near PK Patterson Marina, and 5 minutes to Hells Gate by boat. After a long day on the lake, retreat back and enjoy your time at the stunning pool area equipped with BBQ's, hot tub, and fire-pit. It's the perfect place for winding down with family and friends.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

This property sleeps up to 8 guests with a King bed in the master bedroom and two queens in the guest room. Each room is equipped with smart T.V's and free internet. There is a Restoration Hardware Gel foam pullout queen sofa bed in the living area with a 75" smart T.V. Dining table seats up to 6 people with two counter stools at the kitchen island. This private end unit is situated on the ground floor with easy access to the lawn, pool area, entertaining pavilion, laundry room, and workout center.

THE LOCATION

Nestled along Possum Kingdom Lake, you’re perfectly situated to rent a boat or jet ski right outside your door at the marina. Head on down to Hells Gate which is only a 5 minute boat ride. Enjoy the surrounding natural beauty, whether it’s a hike or bike ride along the lake, golfing (15 minutes away), or walk to a nice dinner at Hemingway’s on the lake.

This condo is at the end of the building with a great view of the marina and lake. It is very quiet, very welcoming, and very comfortable. We were there in the middle of the week so we had the pool to ourselves. Hemingway's is within walking distance and has a fabulous patio and menu!

The Harbor PK Gem
Wonderful, well appointed condo at the Harbor at Possum Kingdom. We rented for a weekend as our friends have a place at the Harbor and we needed additional space to accommodate additional family members. Property was immaculate and well appointed. My son loved the Restoration Hardware pullout sofa in the living room. Owners were kind and courteous. My wife left a medicine bag behind and they graciously returned it to us via mail. Will definitely return.

Very clean and comfortable condo right on the marina. Close enough to walk to Hemmingways and the Pie House. Nice patio area that opens up to a nice grass lawn are to get to the pool and spa. Would highly recommend.

Another Fantastic Stay

Got to the condo a little later than we wanted but getting in was super easy, owner had sent a list with all the codes on it. When we got into our room we were extremely extremely happy with how clean and how beautiful the finishes were. Nice bathrooms comfy beds and a nice hot tub we enjoyed muiltple nights. Only thing I can say negative is that we went to grill and the 2 very nice built in grills were extremely dirty almost costing me some expensive meat . But the second night we grilled I took them all apart to clean not just the top grills . But amazing stay, highly highly recommend!!!!!

There’s a lot to love about this property: - For starters, it’s very nice, clean, modern, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. - Walking distance to great food and entertainment on the lake. - Close access to a boat launch ramp. - Very personable owner - The grocery story is less than a mile away What else could you want?? Unfortunately, our trip short due to an urgent medical situation. However, we’re looking forward to returning soon. This was a couples getaway weekend for us but we’ll definitely want to bring our kids along next time as the environment is VERY family friendly!!!
