The photos of this property do not match. On arrival the building had broken glass taped up, no direction where to find a key, no support with trying to contact for help. Car park had people being erratic. Room itself smelt of smokers. The bed was ruffled. The bottom sheet not ironed. Paint was coming off the walls in the rooms. After finally contacting the owner who assured us of a refund - all has gone quiet. Even several emails to the wotif.com site. Extremely disappointed and we will be taking this further as false advertising and certainly no customer service. We know by description that is said 'basic' but in comparison for what we had paid, we actually got luxury for a less of costs. We will not be recommending wotif.com to others after this. We will be taking this further to consumer affairs as we believe this apartment should not be listed as it is.
