"Private deck" is not private.
The "Private deck" faces the main thoroughfare in Grafton and is in clear view of a massive tourist parking lot. The "Hot Tub" is a dangerous inflatable kiddie pool that malfunctions constantly and nearly electrocuted me. The listing doesn't mention this, but this property is clearly a marketing tool for their weed business and every surface is covered in weed propaganda. They're selling CBD/THC products within the unit which I'm honestly not sure is technically legal in such an unregulated manner even in Illinois. They should probably at least be very clear about restricting occupancy to 21+ w/NO children who might find and eat their weed gummies thinking it's candy.
