Route 66 themed with well stocked kitchen, bathroom, workspace, sofa w/recliners, fireplace, outdoor BBQ, patio furniture and more. 1 mile from downtown, lake Graham & Eddleman for sunsets, fishing or just the outdoors! The Mistletoe Farm is tucked in a Pecan Orchard 1 mile to Lakes, Parks, and the square but still remote & private so work can continue. The Mistletoe Farm has 1 goal & I call it the Mistletoe Mission. Spread love, via the kiss, under the mistletoe. Around town we have wonderful local dining & adorable vintage shopping and schedule a Mistletoe Experience to top off the list of fun things to do in Graham. EV charging is hard to come by around here, but we are EV friendly & have a ⚡️ Tesla charger for use when you stay with us.
You will have complete control of your own stay. We will send you a code for your Check-In & Parking which is in the picture & is well explained in your Welcome email. There is ample space for you to park & plug in your EV too!
There are additional dwellings on the property. Most of the time, either myself or my co-host will be available for any questions. We are both always available via text message.
Country setting off Highway 380. Very close to many popular Lakes for boating & Fishing. This location is great to be close to the activity and parks & lakes, however if you need it to be SILENT then we want to make sure you know that we are located near a Highway. This has never been a problem; we believe that it is because there are no surprises when guests arrive. (If you are concerned, please check the location) We also have earplug’s (which have yet to be opened 03/10/23) available upon request.
The Mistletoe Farm offers 2 parking spaces free of charge and they are clearly marked.
We have recently had problems due to County/Address issues so we will send you a link to get here correctly. Thank y’all. We are working to correct this ASAP.
If you are bringing 4-legged friends, please let us know so we can set up the accommodation to suit you better. Bringing your family, the more you let me know, the better I can prepare. Special touches are my favorite! Thank you.

I fish bass tournaments around the country. This place was smallish but had great parking for truck and boat, clean, great oqners. Woukd recommend to other fisherman.

There are a few different rentals on this property. We reserved the Route 66 which was a small travel trailer. Although very clean and tastefully done, this is not totally comfortable for older people or someone with mobility issues. It's in a nice location just outside of town. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

Great alternative to hotel
Overall very good experience and a great alternative to a hotel for one or two people. My only complaint is having to walk through long (often wet) grass to get to the unit.
