Rustic holiday home Alpenlodge in Grainau

The rustic holiday home named „Lodge" is situated in a very idyllic and quiet location near the forest on the outskirts of the beautiful Zugspitz village of Grainau and has two vacation apartments.
The approximately 62 m² holiday apartment „Alpenlodge" for up to 4 people is located on the upper floor of the house. It has two bedrooms with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a cozy living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. From the balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Of course, WLAN is available free of charge in the apartment.
We are happy to provide a baby crib and high chair on request, and you can park your car directly in front of the house (public parking lot).
Together for both apartments of the "Lodge" there is also a wooden pavilion with barbecue and a large outdoor dining area for up to 20 people - the ideal place to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings and make new friends on vacation. The large garden with a small slide and sandpit gives all younger guests plenty of space to let off steam in the great outdoors. Your four-legged friends are also very welcome at the "Lodge".
The location in the Obergrainau district offers perfect opportunities for a variety of activities at any time of year: long walks and hikes at the foot of the Zugspitze, mountain bike tours past crystal-clear lakes and blooming mountain meadows as well as unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter. In addition to cross-country ski trails, the "Zugspitze" and "Garmisch Classic" ski areas offer a variety of slopes and unique impressions.
Just a few minutes' walk away in the center of Grainau you will find various shopping facilities, the Zugspitze train station, the swimming and outdoor pool, the Kurhaus, a minigolf course and much more. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary vacation enjoyment.

Sehr schöne und gepflegt Ferienwohnung. Die Küchenschränke könnten mal justiert werden. Bei mehr als 2 Personen sollte man einen großen Toof mitnehmen. Wir würden trotzdem wieder kommen, weil es echt schön war!!!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage
Die Fewo hat uns auch bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt einen wunderschönen ruhigen Urlaub mit Blick auf die Berge und den beschaulichen Ort Grainau ermöglicht. Die Fewo liegt im letzten Haus am Hang so dass man dort das Bächlein vorm Haus plätschern und die Kuhglocken läuten hören kann - ideal für einen Bergurlaub wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, stilvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Ein Highlight ist der Grillbereich mit Gasgrill vor dem Haus an dem man nach einer strammen Wanderung den Tag schön ausklingen lassen kann. Einzig fehlen eine Waschmaschine und Trockenmöglichkeit im Haus sowie eine etwas gründlichere Pflege des Gartenbereichs (im Innenbereich ist alles topp)... aber alle drei Punkte nur als Verbesserungsvorschläge zu verstehen. Familie Skinner ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit - danke für den schönen Urlaub.
