Um local bucólico belíssimo e com natureza exuberante, a área possui 33.000m² de matas de araucárias mais mata nativa e é visitado diariamente por um verdadeiro exército de diferentes pássaros, temos uma cascata totalmente privativa à 50 mts do casarão. E estamos bem próximos ao centro da cidade, 5 km totalmente em asfalto. Bairro Colonial 100% seguro. Um verdadeiro pedacinho do céu, venha viver a natureza pura.
