Excelente, fizeram tudo dentro do possível!
Fica aqui minha gratidão a toda equipe da Ald'Mama, pois mesmo nas condições em que a cidade estava (árvores caídas e sem energia devido aos ventos fortes), nos ofereceram uma alternativa em outro local com energia para passar a noite. Ao voltar a pousada, quarto grande, confortável, chuveiro bom. Tudo dentro dos conformes.

Em geral é uma pousada boa e agradável, mas precisa de melhorar a internet (net no 2º andar é horrível)!!!...Também achei o preço da diária em geral elevado, mas parece ser de praxe valores mais altos cobrados por hospedagem em Gramado!

Atendimento impecavel, logo que cheganos nos sentimos bem acolhidos e essa sensação durou ate nossa saída. Cafe da manha bem gostoso, quarto e bamheiro bem quentinhos (pegamos dias com ate 4 graus s noite e nao sentimos frio). So podemos dizer que valeu cada centavo da diaria. Muito obrigada.
