I loved that I was like 3 minutes walking away from the centrum but the location and the construction of the hotel is like you are staying far in the montains.It was my first time in Gramado.I was there for Festuris.But will return and this time with my family and will stay again at Hotel Recanto da Serra

Excellent hotel well located for town
Walking distance to town yet secluded and picturesque location. Very attentive staff and hotel facilities excellent in almost all aspects. Car access is 'interesting'! with steep curved driveway. Gramado -Not often I recommend a visit to somewhere, but this place deserves a mention. Someone mysteriously transplanted an alpine town from Switzerland to one a half hours drive North of Porto Alegre in Brazil. (Two hours if you follow the signs!) Guess its most women’s idea of heaven. Chocolate shops, shoe shops, jewellery, shoe shops, exclusive house furnishing shops, shoe shops bag shops, shoe shops, clothes shops, shoe shops, restaurants, shoe shops, hotels and did I mention shoe shops? The Swiss style buildings against a forested backdrop and luckily for us all the Christmas decorations in situ made for a picturesque exceptional few days.

O hotel é bem localizado, no meio da mata, com uma estrutura comum muito boa. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e solícitos. Nós ficamos em chalés e, me deu impressão que a estrutura nos Chalés não é tão boa quanto do prédio principal: 1) Os aquecedores não aqueciam o chalé, e quando íamos ao prédio principal para café da manhã estava tudo quentinho. 2) Em um dos chalés não chegava sinal de wifi, 3) o chuveiro não aquecia bem ao ponto de termos que tomar banho frio ou com a água só no ponto de quebrar o gelo - fez 2° quando estávamos lá 4) nos dois chalés os ar-condicionadoals estavam sem bateria no controle. Tudo foi reportado, mas não chegou numa solução em nossa curta estadia. Acredito que vale mais a pena o quarto (que é inclusive mais barato) do que o Chalé, isso pela impressão que eu tive ficando no Chalé (não valeu a pena na minha opinião, em especial pelo banho frio).

Minha recente estadia no hotel foi verdadeiramente excepcional, e não poderia estar mais satisfeita com a experiência proporcionada pela equipe e pelas instalações. Fiz uma viagem em família e o hotel foi uma escolha perfeita. O que mais nos impressionou foi o atendimento impecável de toda a equipe. Desde a recepção até os funcionários da limpeza, todos foram incrivelmente atenciosos e prestativos, sempre dispostos a atender às nossas necessidades com um sorriso no rosto. Eles realmente fizeram com que nos sentíssemos bem-vindos e valorizados durante toda a nossa estadia. A estrutura do hotel também merece destaque. O café da manhã oferecido foi simplesmente incrível, com uma variedade deliciosa de opções para todos os gostos. Um outro ponto que chamou muito nossa atenção foi a localização. Fica bem no centro de Gramado. Perto da Praça das Etnias e da rua Borges de Medeiros, o que nos permitiu fazer as coisas no centro a pé mesmo. Em resumo, nossa estadia neste hotel foi uma experiência verdadeiramente agradável. Recomendamos sem hesitar a quem estiver em busca de uma estadia confortável e memorável.

Nossa estadia foi muito boa, gostamos da estrutura do hotel porém como sugestão o ar condicionado no quarto estava colocado na direção da cama o que não é bom para o uso principalmente nos momentos de descanso. A internet oscila bastante pode melhorar.

Infelizmente a piscina interna estava fria e as hidromassagem também, o funcionário disse que iria chamar o rapaz da manutenção mas não deu em nada, deu impressão que já sabiam que estava com problema , dois dias na mesma situação, fiquei bem decepcionada , porque só escolhi o hotel pelas hidro e pela piscina interna. Pela avaliação do hotel , achei que deixou muito a desejar .
