Pessimo ambiente sujo aquela area externa totalmente suja e com teia de aranha . Chegamos la tomamos banho e saimos dar uma volta quando retornamos . Ao abrir a porta tinha uma aranha enorme na parede e mais duas em cima da cama , miha filha ficou com medo e nao nos deixou dormir a noite toda .o ar nao ligava com o controle . O cafe da manha foi servido na mesa . Nada a ver com as fotos .tanto que pagamos 2 diarias e ficamos so um dia . Compensou perder a diaria e retornar dormir em casa.

A pousada é muito boa, limpinha, organizada. O quarto tinha um chuveiro maravilhoso. Cafe da manha muito bom! A senhora da pousada sempre prestativa. A cereja do bolo era os gatinhos que ficavam no quintal. Lindos!

Bom custo x benefício
O atendimento foi excelente, sem burocracias, sempre muito rápido. O local é muito tranquilo e quieto, excelente para descansar. Para a maioria das atrações é bom ter um carro. Dá para ir a pé até o centro da cidade, mas Gramado tem muitos morros e a distância é considerável. A limpeza do banheiro e da cama é ok, mas foi possível perceber algumas teias de aranha no quarto, sacada e escada do hotel.
