Rooms were kept well clean. We saw them preparing the room even to the small details like one water bottle per person. Included dinner and breakfast was super additional perk. They were able to customize and provide all information for our vegan/vegetarian family! Parking is under the building but tight for even the small car.

Downtown Granada... a bit far to walk to the historic sites, but the bus system is very convenient and pretty easy to use. Had a great top floor room (9th floor) with view of the mountains and the Alhambra. Kind of noisy when you opened the windows, as we like natual air conditioning (in mid Oct). The breakfast is excellent and worth it!!

Good location, 15 mins walk from the cathedral. Room and bathroom was large and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was extensive although expensive at €14 per day.

Awful customer service. Such rude staff and not helpful or polite at all. No hand soap in the room or no coffee machine in our hotel room. We couldn’t get a coffee in the hotel at all. Our key continually never worked and not once did a staff member apologize for the inconvenience. We were actually told it was not an inconvenience for our keys never working. Very rude staff. I would never recommend this hotel.

We had to carry heavy luggage up 12 stairs when check-in. Actually there is a parking gate connect to the lift. The property details should give clients clear indication. We stayed 3 days but the hotel only supply’s two soft paper cups. We are supposed to bring our own.

The air conditioning does not work properly. I changed rooms twice due to problems with the air conditioning. Everything was very clean, but the air conditioners did not work properly. The service is wonderful and friendly. They must perform maintenance on the air conditioners urgently.

Hotel Turia Granada far exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, and pre-cooled prior to our arrival on a 103F evening. The bathroom included a jetted soak tub that my wife loved. The hotel also provides an ample breakfast buffet, restaurant for lunch and dinner, and a full bar.
