A beautiful hotel in a very convenient location
We stayed for two days in a top-floor room for 2 adults and 1 child (in sofa-bed). The hotel is beautifully designed and very unique. It is cozy as well and we have had a comfortable stay. The location is great and in the middle of everything. It is easy to find breakfast, lunch and dinner places they are all so wonderful. Going to the Cathedral and shopping area is just a short walk as well. We absolutely love Granada and won't hesitate to book this hotel again when we come back. The only caveat is that there is no tea and coffee in room, and wifi is mostly not working. We have data plans, but I think this may be inconvenient for travelers without data plans if wifi problem persists.

200 year old property, but excellently maintained and renovated from inside. Picturisque. Staff was very help even before in whatsapp and was able to get us Alhambra tickets from an agent You had to add a code and a wish tree which was fun for my 6 year old kid.

Charming stay in Granada
Beautifully restored building in the historic center. Excellent condition. Immaculately clean. Wonderful location in walking distance to all central tourist sites, and about 300m from the Alhambra bus stop. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Many restaurants nearby, in all directions.

A really special boutique hotel
A gorgeous hotel with a beautiful atrium including a fountain and lovely library area for hot drinks and relaxing. The staff were really friendly and helpful and it was a beautiful environment to stay in. The decor in the public spaces and rooms was quirky and unique and really made it a special stay.

Not much value for money because for the same price that i pay in Madrid or Seville I am able to get much better room. Rooms are clean but lights are a bit too dim and the set up of the rooms are not that functional. The only place with mirror is in the bathroom so it is really inconvenient when 3 persons are sharing the room and we have to use our tiny mirrors to make up if someone is in the bathroom. There are also no in-room slippers and no bottled water provided.

The property is spectacular. We will surely stay again if we visit Granada again. However, please note the associated parking garage is a very small and tight spot in the old town. I highly recommend renting a small / the smallest car for those coming from the US.

This hotel provides a great location and a cool vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I found it lacking in most amenities and conveniences one seeks in a hotel. The room did not match up with the photos provided and the bed was not comfortable. The hotel was extremely loud both inside and outside. As all the rooms face the center lobby, all sounds carry very far. The nightlife surrounding the hotel was loud throughout the night. We slept with ear plugs to make it manageable. There is no coffee or tea in the room and it's only available in the lobby in the afternoon and evening. Ultimately, the amazing location is not enough to convince me to return to this hotel.

Stunning hotel, lovely staff that was very helpful in anything we needed to arrange, very tasty breakfast, super convenient location. They reached out in advance to provide step by step driving directions since Google won't get you there easily. Parking was available which was super helpful. Beautiful room with very comfortable bed, large with room to spread out. Beautifully artfully decorated.

Very clean, comfortable beds and staff was very helpful. Location couldn't be any better, food drinks and Alhambra all very close. Sadly i didnt get to have the wonderful breakfast, but sounds fantastic. They did offer afternoon tea, that was lovely. A biscuit would have been a nice touch. Great stay, I highly recommend it!!!

The hotel was full of character, very clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. There were plenty bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk as were the main sight seeing areas and attractions. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

We loved this place- its history, decor, location, staff, everything. Centrally located, be mindful that there are some areas in the city center where you need a special permit and the hotel will register your car so you won’t have any issues. Breakfast was excellent and the service was 10/10.
