What a beautiful hotel and wonderful staff!! Get the room with the patio! Lovely place for a glass of wine after a long day. Staff so helpful and kind helping me with a problem I had to deal with. Public transit wonderful or get your exercise going up and down the hill!

Very nice Hotel, I loved it, it was only for three nights when I visited Granada again and I will book it again. We felt at home, the room was very comfortable as was the bed and the staff was super friendly. The location couldn't have been better. I really recommend it a lot.

It îs really a 2 star hotel, staff very nice but you can see even they are embarrassed by this old , used and abused hotel, furniture 1960 , scratch,, stain marks, numbers fallen from the doors numbers , you can hear your neighbours snoring, farting etc , close to Alhambra, but that’s all, don’t recommend, I had no working lights in the bathroom, acknowledged the staff nothing happened, my recommendation STAY AWAY !!!!!

This hotel is across the street from Alhambra. For this reason it is quiet at night. It provided everything we needed for a good night’s sleep.

Convenient but needs improvements
The room had a deck and lovely view of the hills behind the Alhambra. Very convenient to the Alhambra. Remember to book your tickets well in advance! The air conditioner was very noisy and the hotel looks like it needs renovation (carpets in hallways stained). It appeared they did not have more than 4 people on site for all services (desk, cleaning, and breakfast service). There were lines at check in/check out times that required some waiting to be served. The staff recommended a Flamenco show in the hills that was expensive, crowded and not worth the money.
