You can hear every noise, every step, every door bang etc. There is a restaurant next door with live music, I could’ve a party in my room on how loud the music was. For the price, I was expecting much better. Won’t be back.

The pictures on the website are a bit misleading, not quiet and accurate representation of the property. Breakfast was great and the staff was excellent. We did find a roach in our bathroom but the staff took care of it quickly. There is a wing restaurant and bar next door, food there is excellent was well as the staff. I would certainly stay here again.

Disappointed we didn’t get the shower only, no tub room or grab bars in the bathroom as requested. Bed too high for us older folks, pillows to soft/flat and live loud music coming from across “Wings” Restaurant that we could not hear our TV. Walls too thin that we could hear some conversations and being on the 2nd floor the people above us ….. OMGoodness too noisy and pacing up and down on squeaky floors. Not a good overnight stay!

Our stay was…interesting. As the saying goes, you definitely get what you pay for. The staff was very helpful, but that is probably the most positive thing I can say about our stay here. The hotel was incredibly frugal when it came to the most basic of amenities- like toilet paper and coffee pods in the room. And I had to ask the housekeeping staff to please clean our room one of the days we were here. The staff actually told me that I would get 500 points on my member rewards account for each day we did NOT have our room cleaned. I think that is appalling. I know people are trying to be “green,” but cleanliness is important to me, and I think it’s important to most people. The breakfast choices were terrible as well. One day they had bacon as an option, and it was amazing, but then they never offered it again (our stay was three nights). I don’t think we will be staying at this hotel again.
