Little sleep
The staff was helpful and accommodating. The problem was the noise level of other guests that could be heard all night until about 1:30 am in the adjacent room. I did get up and go to the front desk to inform them and to ask for another room but they were totally booked. She did go up and tried to get the yo be quiet and turn down the TV. It was an adjoining room and I was next to a bunch of kids while their parents were apparently in a room across the hall.

The front desk attendant was not friendly when checking in. Some of the amenities described online were unavailable. The room smelled like a damp basement and there was black mold on the wall. Just unkept overall. Someone threw up directly in front of the elevators and all the hotel did was put a wet sign over it and it was there over two hours later when we checked out.

Hotel overbooked
Karrinne tried to make things right, but the hotel over booked and they gave us a different room than what I had previously paid for. While they upgraded our room we lost the king size bed that we needed because we had a young child with us. The room was nice and large but we paid for a king size bed and our room should have never been given to another customer.

You can hear every noise, every step, every door bang etc. There is a restaurant next door with live music, I could’ve a party in my room on how loud the music was. For the price, I was expecting much better. Won’t be back.
