There was no air conditioning and the window was broken so we could not open it to let any air in. The TV did not work. We got picture but no sound. 2 maintenance workers came and spent about 45 minutes trying to fix it but could not. When we checked out we asked if we could get refunded anything due to the issues listed above, they said since we booked through a 3rd party that there wasn’t anything that they could do. Carpet was very dirty. Room was cute and grounds were nice.

This a nice and clean hotel with a great view. It is little old and the property shows its age but it’s decent and clean. Enjoyed the Sauna under the sky. There are also options indoors and if you fancy, a dry sauna as well. The room was nice. Old fashioned wood paneling and a loft with a king bed. Had everything that we needed. We will definitely return.

The room was nice with full housekeeping facilities. We had trouble adjusting the temperature without AC. Our biggest problem was the pillows were much to firm _ we ended up using bath towel as pillows.

such a beautiful little suite in a rustic setting. Pool, hot tubs, corn hole, tennis, and more for families staying right on site. Grocery store across the street and several dining options within a few miles. We did not eat there but there is a bar and grill on site. the loft was clean, beautiful view and roomy. We will definitely be back!

I did not stay because hotels.com said it was 23 miles away and after i paid and put my navigation on it was 3 hours away. I called the hotel to explain and cancel and the lady who answer was very rude was yelling and did not let me explain. I would not recommend this hotel because they have rude and terrible customer service and they kept my $300 so they are a scam and thief sge straight up told me i will not get my money back nomatter what i tell her.

Didn’t get maid service. Carpet in halls need to be replaced. Hot tub wasn’t hot and all of the jet fittings were broken/gone.

NO AC IN THE BUILDING! Now I understand that it is a normal thing in Colorado some places but it was hot in the room and noisy. Not much sleep due to the heat and noise of the other guests due to the older building construction. Not worth the price they charged for this hotel.
