I had a nice comfy room facing the beach. The room was clean, the AC was popping, and I was close to the pool, restaurant, bar, and entrance. I had a great stay and would want that very same room 😁.

Overall had a lovely time. We were a group of 9 so the hotel really tried to accommodate us with rooms close together. Breakfast was brilliant, especially as most of the group hadn't been to Grenada before. Special thank you, to all of the staff, especially Leon and Akim. And thank you to the General Manager for being approachable to resolve any issues we had. Will definitely visit again

the location is amazing directly on the beach however the room was tired. there is no water pressure in the shower and no toilet brush. the bathroom is poorly designed. the reception staff handle customers bank details, this should not happen.

Staff at the front desk were quite unfriendly and needs training customer service. Additionally needs training in cultural/racial sensitivity. -Elevator call button on the third floor did not work. -Air conditioner leaking into room -Room dusty, bedsheet especially needed cleaning. -TV had no modern amenities- HDMI cable, wifi etc. -Bathtub was not cleaned properly -Only 1 American wall outlet -Fridge was not properly chilling it's contents -Ketttle was definitely not clean and had hard water residue stuck to it -Floor tiles were not cleaned, with black dirt/grime stuck to the patterns

I like the early morning breakfast and friendly staffs every time I go back they know who I am I feel so at home .. I don’t like checking in your room is never ready on arrival long wait in the lobby . The cleaning staff don’t put towels in the bathroom . You have to ask for towels almost every day.

The hotel is convenient to everything the staff is so nice. The gym is great and property is well maintained. Hotel is not fancy but its clean and the breakfast is amazing. The only complaint is that the service is slow in the resteraunt and bar . I stay here every yr for 2 weeks.

A minor hiccup with the rooms (musty smell, small cockroaches) however receptionist was very diligent in regards to addressing concerns raised and upgrading my stay. Breakfast was amazing, loved all the local options available (even took some blood pudding with me lol). Overall I think with more updates to the room and having proper ventilation I would give them a 10. Loved the activities that were available on the resort, and met some amazing people there. I really enjoyed my stay overall. thank you
