Best Place in Flagstaff

Every time I am in Flagstaff for work, I only stay at the Aiden. It is not a big property (which I love) It is very quiet and a safe area within walking distance to shopping, food and convenience stores. The staff is always so amazing and check in always easy and convenient.

Check in was a breeze. Asya was wonderful, had our room request ready without prompting. After we got to the room there was a call later to make sure all was good. Neighbors were a little noisy, but we shared a common door and this might have been why. Otherwise, all is good.

Newer property

Newer build and in good condition. Staff friendly and helpful. Difficult to access initially as entrance is among many other business signs and driveways in very trafficked area. Good impression though of property.

So, I have stayed here quite a bit over the past 2 years. One consistent issue is the fact that noise issues are not addressed. This is the second time in about a year where I have been in a room next to small children, who run around, stomp, scream, cry, slam doors, etc and little to nothing is done about it. I did request to be moved rooms and that request was granted but the hotel employee was not thrilled about it and was not very friendly about it.

Excellent get away

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a clean smell, look and feel. We were very pleased with our room. The bathroom is indeed small but had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Location was nice and quiet. We will definitely be returning in the spring/summer with the rest of the family.
