A very clean hotel. The employee at the front desk was very accommodating, professional, and attentive to any needs we may had. Only issue was that breakfast started to late for the time we had to be at our event. So didn’t get to experience that part.

The place is very nice and very clean, looks a lot newer. Breakfast was fine, my kids love waffles so that’s their go to. The coffee wasn’t that bad. The gym was nice and clean with two treadmills, 1 elliptical, and 1 weight machine. The pool looked nice but we did not go for a swim, we were only there one night. It was so congested in flagstaff, we went for a hockey scrimmage for my son and boy was there traffic. So the kind gentleman upfront gave us a room an hour and 15 minutes early because he saw I had a little one and was traveling with multiple kids. One thing I disliked was the tight parking spaces. Do not park under the awning if you have a truck, it took me a 20 point turn to get out because cars were next to me and behind me. The better space is off to the side of the hotel. The place is off to the side on a street off the Main Street, it was easy to miss the hotel exit. Cleaning and cooking staff were nice and quiet, never bothered us when it was check out day, which is a peeve of mine. I would give it a 5 star because of hospitality but the inconvenience of the location and the parking took away a star for me as it made us late to a game.

Good rates, good location, easy parking, clean, free breakfast, fresh cookies in lobby, didn’t have to ask for any extra toiletries, they checked in with us during our stay via text. Only drawback was no streaming services on TV. But will definately stay there again.

Good place to stay.
My stay at Country Inn & Suites was really good. It is a newer hotel. It is close to a lot of restaurants and fast-food locations. The staff were friendly and helpful. I started off by staying two nights and ended up staying 5 nights. They have a free breakfast, which was typical for most hotels.

We were pleasantly surprised by how classy and clean this hotel was. Ten steps above the normal Country Inn & Suites. Plus, for parking, it has a carport under the hotel, this is first-come first-serve. We grabbed a spot in there, then it hailed that afternoon! We will stay here again.

Overnight stay
It was a very short stop in Flagstaff to visit NAU. Perfect location. Only 5 minutes away. The room was plenty big, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.
