I have stayed at this hotel before and I was shocked when I was greeted by a machine for check in and a surley video attendent. Then I was given at room in the "Bunk House" that was heated by a space heater, mouse droppings under the bed and about a foot space between bed and wall on each side. I'm guessing the entire room was under 150 sq ft. I'm pretty sure I won't book here again.

Arrived late, virtual check in went smoothly. Rooms are spacious. Floor and bed were squeeky!
Shower clogged and dirty water would just sit while showering and it would go up to your ankles. Water either became super hot or super cold and when you leaned towards hot water, you would get a small stream of water coming out. When you call the front desk about it, they gave you attitude for it. Shampoo sucked and it didn’t clean dirt really well. Just felt dirty after showering.

This property was over the top of what expected.
Super quiet area and very safe. Literally 20 mins from south entrance of Grand Canyon. Get all your necessities before arriving. Stores are far and expensive. All in all I would definitely recommend and return.
No lighting in parking area. Felt very unsafe. AC in room had terrible grinding sound. Had to turn it off just to sleep. Then we were miserable the rest of the night with no AC. Beds were lumpy and soft, felt worn out. Sat for 10 minutes in restaurant and staff never approached or acknowledged us. TV remote did not work.
The doors were shaking with the wind , the WiFi kept coming in and out . There was only one switch that controlled all the outlets so everything had to stay on if we wanted our phone to charge
Prop is a good location for visiting Grand Canyon. Was a little unsure if it was going to be well maintained or clean, my room was as clean and prepared as I would expect in any hotel. AC worked great.
Cons: when I called ahead to tell them I was going to be a little late the phone communication with the person I spoke to was very poor. She didn’t speak clearly and after I told her why I was calling she said ok bye, and I said ‘wait don’t you want my name?’ but she mumbled something and hung up. Fortunately when I got there later I had no problem checking in but when I asked to confirm how late I would be able to order food she miscommunicated the details… the restaurant closes at 9 and the bar closes at 10, she said that I would still be able to order food at the bar until 10, which turned out to not be accurate, because when I came back down to the bar around 9:30 I was told they don’t serve any food. In fairness I believe I got an email before I checked in that explained this but I was on the road not reading emails so I based it off what the employee told me directly. And there are NO OTHER OPTIONS FOR FOOD, even snacks, within a 20 minutes of this place at night.
Overall a good hotel just had a poor communication experience.

Had no hot water and presence of insects on the interior
A unique courtyard. Rooms are very clean although the outside needs some fixing this inn was clean and comfortable. We only stayed for one night. The restaurant was very clean , friendly staff and food was delicious.
I was content with the room despite the bathroom towel bar holder was missing and the ice machine in the hallway was not working.
My friend and I visited an abandoned ghost town called ' Wallaha ', just off highway 64, only 22 miles north of Valle.
Awesome sight to see and next to railroad tracks.

Absolutely disappointment and was the winner of our worst hotel on our week long trip down Rt 66. My 12 year old said "we don't even get what we paid for". As I read afterwards, they apparently can't fix their wifi since it still wasn't working during our stay but we were told via a call to the front desk, "we'll have our internet guy take a look". When I booked it said mini-fridge, there wasn't one in the "motel" building they put us in. The A/C wasn't working, or the light switch, when we arrived after dark. After using my flashlight with my son we found an extension cord running under the bed and plugged it in which operated the A/C. The lights had to be turned on manually so you can't see initially walking into the room. The TV also didn't work, we found the Amazon device on the table and plugged that into the tv but there was no wifi available for it to connect to so no tv or internet.
At checkout in the morning there is nobody at the desk, just a sign to leave your room key so good luck logging complaints.
The only reason I gave 2 stars is the room itself was nice and liked the log cabin style, conveniently close to the GC South rim.
