We stayed in one of the suites, and the space was good, with a convenient location close to the Grand Canyon and IMAX. However, the breakfast buffet was disappointing—very limited options, and the food wasn't fresh. The pancakes were hard and sticky, so we ended up just having coffee with a pastry that was barely edible. The mattresses were also too soft, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Overall, not the best experience.

Hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. We were late arriving the hotel for checking in. They called us ahead to check our estimate arrival time and warned that when we arrive restaurants would be closed and instructed us to get food before arrival.

Couldn't say enough good things about this hotel. It's BEAUTIFUL, very clean well stocked. The restaurant service was very good we had breakfast there 2 days. Very friendly employees very accommodating. Best was the balcony looking out over the beautiful garden and hot tub below, which we also used 2 nights ahhhhhh😁 we will recommend it to everyone and if we return to Grand Canyon we will stay again. Very impressed-- and alot of places now days are NOT very impressive 😞

The room was dark and dismal and in the morning dump trucks would have woken the dead in front of the hotel emptying garbage. The location is great. The air conditioning in the room is very loud and noisy snd woke me up every time it cycled on and off.
