The hot tub was closed for cleaning the entire time. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The middle area looked like it was meant for a buffet but seemed to be seasonable. Loud music in the evening until 9 so if you want to sleep early expect that.

First room - beds were old and uncomfortable and noise from unit above us. On second day requested a room on 3rd floor which was much better with more comfortable beds. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately they stopped serving breakfast at 10AM in the restaurant so we didn’t get a chance to try that out.

I’ve taken some time to think through this review before posting it. I have a few things that I wanted to highlight: 1) front staff/reception and check in, they were fantastic, super friendly and helpful with all my questions I had regarding my dog when checking in. 2) as soon as we got into our room, my corgi found an Advil liquid gel on the ground underneath the desk, luckily she’s not very good at eating in secret and we were able to get it out of her mouth before any damage could be done, but this did make me question whether they even vacuumed the room 3) in their pet policy it indicates that you will be charged extra if your dog is being loud or noisy and bothering other guests however those walls were paper thin and we could hear everything all around us, people slamming their doors late into the night, we did our best to keep our dog calm but honestly she was more quite then the other guests - but this did make things more challenging for us as we had to be very much ontop of our dog in making sure she wasn’t barking at literally every noise. And we were there in off season, I can’t imagine how it would be in busy season! 4) this city is brutal!! Everything, food, gas, etc. was extremely over priced and quality was pretty low! Good luck finding any good food and expect to pay way too much for it. This city and their businesses are not too concerned about bringing in repeat customers since most people only come to the Grand Canyon once

the food at the pub restaurant was poor for the price you pay. My hamburger was very average and it did not seem like it was a 1/3 pound at all and the bun was not good. My wife's pasta dinner was overpriced for what it was so we were not happy. I was charged for a 22oz beer when I got a 16 oz on their happy hour.

We arrive late but there was a nice lady in the front desk and the check in was easy. Free parking, fridge and microwave in room. The restaurant for breakfast was really great and the staff was so nice.
