This Hotel is awful, room was dirty and bathroom cabinet was falling apart from water damage. There were smudges of dead bugs on the walls, just generally not in acceptable condition. I couldn’t even stay there it was so bad. And they would not refund my money even for the second night. Just an awful experience and a nightmare!!

The property is pet friendly, but there is not any area around the hotel to let your dog relieve themselves except a muddy backfield that had trash and broken glass in it. It had rained and we were a mess after trying to get them to potty in that field. You should invest in a small patch of fake grass and have it available as the "pet relief area" like at the airport. I loved how close it was to the downtown which had excellent food and shopping. We will be back to Flagstaff.

Great stay but frustrated- I made the reservation through Expedia but was charged by the hotel more than what the reservation had stated. When I contacted the hotel they said Expedia advertises whatever they want and they can’t do anything about it.

This is an interesting property. Beautiful new tile and rainfall showerhead with peeling paint and mold on ceiling. The TV remote was dieing, phone didnt work, floor was dirty, door lock was broken and we were missing a pillow. Front desk had another pillow, but no pillow case and the replacement remote was completely dead.

Disgusting
The room did not appear as nice from the online photos. The toilet did now work or flush at all upon arrival. I called the front and was informed that maintenance would be right there to fix it. No one ever arrived. I had to spend the night with a non-working toilet which was disgusting.

Room was very cramped no where to put luggage, bathroom had a damp dirty bath towel folded in with clean towels. House keeping knocked on door 3 times before checking out, parking was crowded no where to park after 8pm.

The staff were super nice and accommodating. Our first room had dirty sheets but I called and they quickly switched us. The rooms are so small you can't open a large suitcase anywhere unless you put it on the bed. It's walkable to downtown. Over all not a bad place.

Check in was super easy, even got there 30 min before check in time and was able to get the room. The bed and wall outlets were updated for easy charging. The bed was really comfortable. The stand in shower was great! Overall quiet during the night. Had no issues with noise.

The carpet looked fine, but the bottom of my white socks turned filthy. The toilet paper was single ply and so thin one could almost read through it. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

My family and I spent 3 days at this establishment. The check-in process was really easy and the front desk clerk was professional and polite. We were missing a few items in our room such as a shower curtain and extra towels but they were promptly brought to our room after we had requested them at the front desk. If you have any requests, you'll need to walk up to the front desk and ask since there is no number to call. We had no issues with parking. The parking lot was pretty open all day until around 6, then it seemed to fill up but there was still plenty of open spots. The beds were comfortable and the sheets appeared to be clean. Now for the cleanliness of the room.... It wasn't the worst but it could definitely use some more love. There were toothpaste spots on the mirror, dried food left on the utensils, a used sponge left on the sink with a half bottle of dish soap, the carpets could use a good shampooing as they did turn your feet a light shade of black if you walked barefoot on them, and the mattress in the pull-out sofa had quite a few stains on it. Overall, those weren't deal breakers since the rest of our stay was great but just something the hotel could improve on. We do plan on returning in a few months, as we enjoyed the location of the establishment and it was a good price for the room we booked.

My room was very nice and clean. The staff at the front desk were super nice and friendly. I couldn't walk to the grocery store. I love having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I kind of like that housekeeping doesn't come in every day, but they should probably leave extra toilet paper in the room. The front desk was great about supplying anything extra that I needed.

NAU Student Visit
My mom and I came to Flagstaff to visit my daughter who was having a birthday. My mom had a hard time getting up and downstairs but we were put in a second floor room. Both my mom and myself made it apparent on check in that second floor was not ideal, but it was shrugged off. The room did not have a chair for the desk so when hanging in the room you had to sit on the bed to do work or watch tv.
