I was very disappointed with my stay at this Howard Johnson in Williams, AZ. For a brand of this caliber, I expected better. The beds were uncomfortable, and mine had a noticeable slant, making it difficult to sleep. Our room lacked a microwave, and despite calling the front desk immediately after check-in, the issue was not resolved, forcing us to use the lobby microwave. The bathroom was extremely small, making it challenging to use comfortably, especially with the awkward placement of the toilet paper holder. Additionally, there was no turn-down service provided during our three-night stay. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.
