The entire reason I chose THIS hotel, was it has a bath tub instead of just a shower. Th' bath tub had no stopper. Shower only. Fail. Got a stopper, and bought another night, and got charged by hotel and hotels.com. Paid twice for one night. VERY NOT COOL.

Hotel room dirty floors and furniture . water damage on walls poor repair heater didn’t work consistently, they gave us 2 towels 1 hand towel and 2!wash clothes, for 2 people, no extra blankets it was 37 degrees outside , front desk would not answer tried calling 3 times, bed was hard as concrete, and outside look of hotel old and run down.. paid $191 for this hotel that should have been priced 3 times cheaper.. no wonder there was no refund I should of known

I decided to leave a review so the management might take into consideration some necessary updates and cleanliness practices. the employee working there was great. He was attentive and sympathetic, friendly. Can’t really help the location but it was terrible just behind old building and such. Ok so we had to make a stop from driving all day, booked thru the app and was settled. You figure price at 100$ a room decent photos in hotel circle etc would be $100 worthy for the name brand. The first room we were placed was musky. Bed sheets were stained yellow (circles as if peed on) the front of the AC unit was ripped off and wasn’t working ) dirt stains on the walls and on the chairs. So, just asked for a separate room. We get the one next door to it. At least the air worked and no stains on the bed. Walls were covered in old dirt as well as stained chairs. Left over French fry pieces in between the AC front cover fridge was dirty and melted inside toilet wouldn’t flush unless you held down the knob for a min. We were exhausted so whatever. The beds are on springs and thin cheap mattresses similar to what you would have in a roll out sofa bed. CLEAN. UPDATE. Take pride in the facility.

The breakfast was ok. The room was dirty and in disrepair. The area was noisy, the next room over was noisy, slamming the door all night and the connecting door rattled every time the person slammed their door. The pool was closed for the season, but they did not advertise that on-line when I booked. There were multiple locks on the door, more than in any hotel room I've stayed in, but after a few hours in the room, I realized why there were so many locks. Will never stay at this hotel again.

The pictures are nothing like the room I had. The bed was uncomfortable sank in, in the middle. Had a girl running screaming in fear at 2:15am then shortly after heard a car alarm going off. The rooms need some serious renovation, towels were dingy, the security latch was broken as well, didn’t feel very safe. Glad it was just for one night.

Easy place to stop for a night. The room had a few damages to it. For example, the toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet paper was on the ground, and a vent for electrical was exposed. Other than that the staff was nice and breakfast was free.

Didn’t realize how small and worn down the room would be. Half painted, very uncomfortable bed, door didn’t close well…but on the positive, it felt safe and for one night we could deal with it.
