Quick check in. Plenty of luggage trolleys. Free hot chocolate, tea and coffee 24 hours a day. Clean rooms, plenty of snacks in the vending machine. Close to the Grand Canyon! Couldn’t really ask for more.

The facility was clean and looked great. The staff was great to work with. However, the walls are thin and crying kids and loud guests were easier to hear than what I’d consider normal.

We were unexpectedly advised on check in at a NPS lodge that our reservation was being cancelled b/c of a major pipeline/water issue. RFL and it's staff were - at every opportunity & interaction - friendly, accommodating, comparably priced, and gracious. They made a terrible situation have a very happy ending for our family! We will spread word about this facility and their staff favorably for a long time to come!

It was near the Grand Canyon entrance. It was the most important thing for us. Room was clean, comfortable beds. Around there are places where you can to eat. Big parking lot. Our room was in second building so only one inconvenience was that there wasn’t elevator.

Nice hotel with a pleasant staff and clean rooms. Great to have a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. No dinning options on the property was the only minor downside. Several restaurants are nearby. Great stay!

Great service and staff. Came earlier before chek in time and they upgrade our lodge room to a hotel room. What a welcome gesture these guys afforded us. We will definitely come back again next time we visit Grand canyon. Close to restaurant and minutes away from the South rim canyon.
