Maybe you would stay in filthy hotel rooms with feces on the toilet lid, soiled towels, unsecurable doors, floor tiles loose and tripping folks when they enter the door, mildew on the shower curtain, and stained bedcovers… but I refuse to. You will demand that we recieve a FULL refund. We did not stay in those unacceptable rooms.

DO NOT STAY HERE
DISGUSTING DO NOT STAY HERE. Stayed here because I was in a pinch and really trying to save the extra $$ not worth it. Spend the extra $20/30/40. They also charge $15 per pet! Way over paid for this room and contacted corporate to report filth of room. I’d have changed my stay to somewhere else but it was late and began snowing. Dirty sheets, cigarette hole in mattress in non-smoking room, dirty shower there was hair and old soap bar still on the ledge, I took off all the sheets and lifted the mattress to make sure there were no bed bugs (none seen in room 126). Something was spilled in the fridge. Not to mention there is only one measly little lock to the door to the room which leads outside. Not safe!! Safe your money and sanity and stay somewhere else!!

Do not stay here
My husband and live juat outside of town and decided to take a night in town and relax. We areived at the motel and check in was fine. We had a dog withnus and the listing on Hotels.com dis not say there would be an extra charge for a pet. We were assigned out room, drove to the bulifing to find we have to trudge through a small path cut into the snow. None of the paths on the 3 buildings were cleared of snow very well. The room was dirty, the beds were sagging, the ac unit would not go to a cool enough temp, the curtains were falling off the rail. It was bad

I arrived, only to find that the "24/7" check-in was closed and I had to call them, while I was locked out in the cold. After I finally got my key, I entered the room, which was a wreck, trash on the floor, the bed was not made, the TV was blaring, and the "non-smoking" room reeked of smoke. I had to call again to have my room changed. Although the new room was an improvement, it still didn't feel clean, and the shower was terrible. Highly disappointed, It's worth spending an extra twenty dollars to get a decent place.

Location was good being at the west side of town. Front desk accomodating when we added a third night. Upgraded our room because we were a rewards member. Plumbing backed up and room not made up when requested.

One room was perfectly fine. Another room that we booked was awful. It had damage to the ceiling and the floors like it was flooded. There was blood on the walls and pee on the bathroom walls. They have a wonderful opportunity to make it a cool motel being on Rt 66 but they need to be clean.
