I was surprised this hotel had such a high rating. It was underwhelming. The bathroom was tiny. It was a cubicle housing a toilet and small shower. There was barely enough room for our family of three to hang our towels. The pool was quite nice. The hot tub produced lots of foam that had a strange layer of gray gunk on top of it (maybe dust?). The breakfast had limited offerings.

There was not much breakfast available and it took 20 minutes for a new breakfast items to be brought out. The lady working, the breakfast area was very moody and when asked for something like silverware or extra napkins, she was not very pleasant about it.

Had a great stay at a really nice hotel—comfortable, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The jacuzzi was excellent, perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of options to start the morning right. Definitely a place I’d stay at again.

I really did enjoy this hotel for the price and I would say it’s worth it if you’re in a pinch and need to stay at night or two in Flagstaff the beds were comfy. The pillows and the shower was pretty good.
