It may not look like much from the outside but the rooms are newly remodeled! They are modern, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Great rooms! The service however is dreadful. The young ladies running the front desk are more interested in their social media than real people visiting the property. Also, the front desk is completely isolated from the cleaning staff, They have no idea when the cleaning staff are finished with the rooms and are unable to help the guests with simple room replenishment items like coffee refills or even a roll of toilet paper. The front desk staff couldn't be bothered with even looking for a roll of TP. We had to wait for the cleaning staff to show up to get a roll. Also...no hot tub for those booking because they said they had one on their website. It is permanently closed. Great rooms, terrible service.

Everything was nice. The breakfast was not the best. Not much that was healthy. All prepackaged junk foods. The fruit the 1st day wasn't good but the 2nd day it was better. Great Coffee!! The parking right outside your door was great. The staff was super helpful. All and all, I would definitely stay there again.

We needed a place to stay for a wedding and chose Coyote Mountain Lodge. We chose a room with a balcony. Room was nice and spacious. Loved the balcony. Located very convenient just a few minutes from town. Would stay here again.

The pictures of the hotel are very inaccurate. We were given what they called their best room which was one of the worst outdated rooms I have ever seen. There is no elevator so if you are unable to carry your luggage this place is not for you. We went for the day to the Rocky Mountains after checking in first. We returned at 7 PM to a dirty room that was not cleaned from previous guest. We were assigned another room which was there condo room. This was their very best which once again we needed to carry our luggage to second floor, no lights going up dark stairs. We opened the door to the worst moldy smell that was very concerning to be breathing in a foul smell. The security door in the bedroom going to the other unit was completely broken. This was a safety issue since we didn’t know who was in the other unit. There are many hotels closer to the RMNP which were much nicer than this very poorly run down hotel.

We had a great experience with the room and thought what we got for the price was just right. The only feedback we’d give is to have friendlier staff. Both women, when we checked in and out, weren’t mean but just seemed like they hated their job.

We loved coyote mountain lodge. Very relaxing and in a perfect location for Estes park, Rocky Mountains and a lovely walk around lake Estes. Room was comfortable and quiet.
