Great quiet place you can use to get anywhere in the city. It also has a relationship agreement with the rafting organizers in town and the rafting organizers with the zip line. Breakfast was good and the room fulfill al basic needs

Rooms were spacious and very clean. The property is well kept and quiet. Easy to get to everywhere in Grand Falls. Bed was a bit squeaky but not too bad. Breakfast had choice between hot or cold. Contactless check-in and great communication from Inn. Would highly recommend.

One of the best Bed and Breakfasts I have ever stayed in. The room was a good size with a large bathroom. Ample outdoor spaces, immaculate grounds and as a bonus, walking trails just off the back of the yard. The best part however was the gentleman who looks after the property and welcomes the guests. A lovely individual with so much information to share.

It was a nice place beautiful inside and out. When I arrived the lady handed me the room key and asked what time I wanted breakfast I told her I wasn’t going to have breakfast. She said your room is over there and that was the end of the conversation. I got the feeling i was bothering her so I never said anything and went to my room. The room was nice and cozy the shower was very small other then that it was nice
