Great spot to stay in when you are in Grand Forks. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet. Excellent location close to restaurants and shopping.

Breakfast was skimpy compared to other nearby hotels. The decore was all redone which was nice, except for the elevator. Room was quiet. The bed was as squeaky as a rusty old trampoline though.
