The water park was not open on the day we checked in. Was informed by hotel staff the day of check in. We were told we would get “compensated” for the pool not being open. We were given a $20 voucher to a specific restaurant at the hotel, which didn’t even pay for our entire family’s meal. The kid rooms have two small posters, not the murals they used to have. The bed was very uncomfortable, so much so that we left a day early. The waterpark pool is not maintained well with cracks/peeling paint & holes in the floor of the kiddie pool. The bunk bed room gets hot if the door is closed. There is a fan to circulate air into the bunk bed room, but the fan is incredibly loud. The shower did not have very good water pressure and pulsated when the water was turned to hot. Not worth the price we paid. Very disappointed.

Great customer service when checking in. My kids loved the pool area and had a great time. The hotel and room was very clean as well. The only thing I didn’t realize when booking, was that you had to purchase tickets for the pool area separate, and that it wasn’t included in the room price. I feel like it should have stated that was a separate fee during the booking. But we did get a discounted price for the pool, with our stay.

The website offers free airport shuttle but when we got there, they said only IF staff were available. This was more than a bit frustrating as it was the main reason we had chosen this hotel. In the end, they came through and provided shuttles to and from the airport. VERY IMPORTANT FOR US.

Staff is always great. Love the location. But the building is really showing it's age. Shower handle was broken. Bathroom walls were pretty beat up. Toilet wouldn't flush. AC was as loud as a NASCAR race. Bedding was clean.
