The room was fine and welcoming. However, after running the water in the shower for ten minutes, it never even got to warm. Also, it is nice to have a fridge in the room, but this one was very noisy. I can handle that, but the shower situation made for a less than terrific stay.

Check in was quick with the front desk explaining everything to us.Friendly staff.Room was clean and hot tub area nice with plenty of towels.Breakfast buffet was delicious with the staff being prompt on refilling food items.

My favourite place to stay when visiting grand forks! Overall I love the amenities and the comfort I experience when staying here. I love the noon check out/ and the continental breakfast offered. I would say the only thing I don’t care for is the old carpeting. But that’s hardly a concern as everything else is great. Highly recommend this hotel for value and comfort and location!
