Property was fine, the staff were excellent. Unfortunately when I booked through Travelocity I booked at a lower rate than what Travelocity actually charged me. I’m not happy about it and will never use Travelocity again.

This is an older property with a 24-hour swimming pool. The rooms are in good condition, but there was water in the tub when we checked in. The property is right on the main highway and was easy to find.

If you are staying in Grand Forks, do yourself a favor and stay here! The staff was phenomenal! Very kind, caring and lot's of fun to chat with. Our rooms were lovely! Very clean and quiet with working air conditioning. The pool was delectable! The sun was beaming down on us while we swam. We ended up going to the Japanese restaurant that is directly beside The Grand Forks Inn...very delicious! Will definitely be returning to this property!

This was an overnight stay to break up driving. However we found it quite enjoyable and the pool and area was clean and a welcome cooling off for us in 40 degree heat. Although the building was old, it was clean.

The property is your typical motel in a small town. They keep it clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. You can walk into town in a minute and there are a couple of places to eat, and some shops. It's right off the highway but still quiet. I've stayed in a few of the motels, and I would stay here again.

The A/C did not work, we should have tested upon arrival as it was hot when we arrived. We stayed only one night as we were on a road trip. We told management about the A/C, and they apologized.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was also fairly clean although the light switch and bathroom wall near it were clearly dirty and had not been wiped. Would also suggest removing the carpet in the rooms and replacing it with flooring which is much easier to keep clean and would help with the musty smell sure to the heat of the area in the summer

Staff were very pleasant and nice, price reflects the condition of the hotel but it’s a perfect spot to rest a traveled head and get a quick continental breakfast on the way out. Would book again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Forks Inn. It wasnt the fanciest but it was clean and convenient. The pool area is well maintained and the staff was friendly. Good value and convenient location for us.
