Charming little spot on the way to Cooperstown
This is a charming, well-kept little motel in a tiny quaint town. My son and I were on a baseball trip and looking for an inexpensive place to stay on our drive from NYC to Cooperstown. This was perfect. Room was old-fashioned, but in a charming way. Everything was clean, and the owner Josh was very hospitable. Would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Not impressed.. I did like the old colonial house
There was no ice machine convenient to the patrons .. we had to ask the clerk for ice .. there was no type of continental breakfast.. no coffee or juice..muffins or bagels.. there was a coffee maker in the room .. the pool was excellent

the location was great for us, the road there is BEAUTIFUL! the owners are super friendly and helpful. the pool was nice for the kids, and the facilities were just what we expected of them- clean and neat

What a pleasant surprise. The owner/staff were extremely pleasant and accomodating. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet with a small fridge, microwave, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable; I had one of my best night's sleep in a long time. Although I did not get a chance to use the pool, I plan to the next time that I stay here (and there will be a second stay). I was only able to stay for one night but hope to stay longer the next time.
