The hotel had no working WIFI or internet, which is a must have today for business travel. When I asked for support, the staff didn't even try to fix the problem, just shrugged their shoulders.

Everything was great until the shower time. The curtain rod was broken so in order to keep the water from spraying onto the floor, we had to hold it closed while we showered with the other.

Immediately when we arrived into our room there was a bed bug crawling on the bed. The gal at the front desk switched rooms and was nice about it. The place could’ve been cleaner

Dillon is a Rock Star
Dillon, the young man that checked us in and later helped us with an electrical issue in the room was fantastic. He was handling the whole place by himself and was very professional and courteous. We give a 👍 to the hotel because of him.

We went down to breakfast while some other rooms on our floor were being cleaned. Came back and we were missing a $60 Yeti water bottle from the night stand. Asked the housekeeper if she went into our room. She didn’t speak English. No big deal. I went to the desk and was told nobody goes into rooms until you check out. So I guess it miracled its way out of the locked room. I know it was there because I used it to take vitamins. Bummer was it was a gift from my family. If you stay here keep your stuff on lockdown. I guess they needed it more than me.

the hotel was clean. The restaurant for breakfast the next morning was GREAT!! So very disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs, as that was the reason we booked, knowing that after a day at the Nebraska State Fair getting in the pool would feel wonderful. Found out by reading a signed at the check in desk that the pool was closed. NO compensation offered.
