Relax at the Lakeside in this lovely 2 bedroom and 1 bath condo in beautiful Grand Junction.The condo complex is in a great central location to downtown, local hospitals, ColoradoMesa University, the LDS Temple and I-70 interstate. Only 20 minutes from Palisade wine country and an hour from Powderhorn Ski Resort on the Grand Mesa.
The open concept in the main living space is clean and inviting. Warm up in the winter time with a hot cup of tea by the cozy gas fireplace after a great day on the slopes. You can breathe in the fresh Colorado air from the small private balcony. Enjoy a glass of local wine while overlooking the lovely courtyard below and its peaceful waterfall.
There is 5G high speed WiFi available to keep you connected.
The full kitchen has all the essentials to make you feel right at home. We tried to set it up with everything you may need during your stay.
The spacious master bedroom has 1 king sized bed. The second bedroom has 1 queen sized bed in it. Both bedrooms have black out shades and are comfortably appointed.
The 5 piece bathroom has a separate toilet/shower room. The master bedroom is adjoining to the bathroom. Basic toiletries are provided for your comfort.
Next door is the Lakeside complex’s private wellness facility offering an indoor salt water pool, hot tub, sauna and a small fitness room. Take a refreshing morning swim to get your day started right.
Across Lakeside Drive, is a private walking path around the two small lakes. It is a lovely place for a morning jog or relaxing evening walk to unwind.
Across the courtyard is coin-op laundry facility for your use.

Please be aware that the condo is located on the third floor of the complex. There is no elevator and is not handicapped accessible.

The location is less than a mile from St. Mary’s Hospital, Colorado Mesa University, the Grand Junction LDS temple and the GJT airport. It is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and I-70. The Lakeside is a perfect place to call home during your visit in Grand Junction and Mesa County, Colorado.

Pleasant place to stay
My husband and I stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. Check-in was easy. Heather sent us a welcome message letting us know to contact her if there were any issues. We did have a couple of questions and Heather was quick to answer. The condo is on the third floor. Don't let that worry you. You enter the building on the 2nd floor. The condo is a corner unit with a north/east exposure. The building with the pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym is next to the condo. While the condo is on a well-traveled street not far from the new LDS temple, it is a quiet location. The king bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. The sitting area had a loveseat and recliner. The electric fireplace was nice to have. There are plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware. We were pleased with our stay. The next time we are in Grand Junction we plan to stay again.

Property is exactly as described. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything one would need. The shower head is a little short but had good pressure! I would definitely stay here again.
